Department Online Stores:
Through past experience we have realized that many public safety agencies that may be in rural areas don’t have a local source for custom apparel or, they’re just not satisfied with their local suppliers.
HDG★ has bridged that gap by bringing high quality custom products and apparel to those agencies and individuals through our secure online dedicated department stores. We have strict controls which allow only current personnel to make purchases by either using their department email or providing proof of employment with current department identification.
We will work directly with your agency's administration to help develop a uniform compliant product line with easy ordering for both sworn and civilian staff. This established standard will insure a professional and consistent appearance department wide.

Printed On Duty & Training Apparel:
1) Get started by selecting one of our EYEKON Series® Signature Design Templates.
To begin, you will select your design options and also provide clear images of your badge, patches and or logos to ensure all details can be accurately replicated by our design professionals.
After providing this information, HDG★ Tactical will prepare a Finished Artwork Proof by recreating your department badge and patch into crisp clean line art suitable for screen printing. Once the artwork and design layout is complete, we will then email you a PDF file of your proof to share and get final project approval from your unit members and or command staff.
2) Final Approval
Once we receive approval of the Art Proof we can move forward to the apparel ordering process. The approved design will now become the standard to which final production will be matched.
3) Place Your Apparel Order
At this stage, you would locate the different custom garment types in the products menu then select your colors and sizes. The minimum order is 12 pieces for Custom Printed Apparel. You can split this up between sizes, apparel colors and apparel types, as long as the artwork, ink color and print locations remain the same for all garments. Embroidered Headwear:
1) Get started with one of our EYEKON Series® Signature Headwear Design Templates by navigating to the products menu and selecting your desired headwear styles in our Custom Headwear section. Here you will select details like color, size, quantity and additional artwork options. Once the order is received HDG★ Tactical will prepare and email a Finished Artwork Proof for your approval.
2) Final Approval
Once we receive approval of the Art Proof we can move forward to the production process. The approved design will now become the standard to which final production will be matched.
Combine Different Headwear Styles in Your Order
There is no minimum order for headwear and we also offer a discount on the purchase of 3 or more pieces. You can combine your custom headwear order with a combination of hats, beanies, colors and sizes as long as the thread color(s) and embroidery locations stay the same for all items and still receive the 3 or more quantity discount.
