- Verify quantities to orders/invoices
- Split mixed orders - separate shipments per scheduled jobs
- Keep Up Showroom Organization / Manage Showroom Inventory
- Help Manage Production Schedule Customer Service – Phone & Counter
Screen Print Technician:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must have at least one year experience in commercial textile screen printing.
- Must be able to carry out jobs from start to finish.
- Burn screens, tape, blockout & prep.
- Timely alignment up to six color jobs with micro-registration.
- Sharp eye and know how to measure down to a 1/16” and adjust prints on different size garments.
- Mix and match specialty ink colors.
- Maintain crisp, clear, smooth prints on a variety of fabrics.
- Have knowledge of heat tolerances and curing plastisol ink on different fabric types.
- Ability to reclaim, degrease, and coat screens.
- Must be strong, healthy, able to stand for 8 hour shift and lift up to 45 lb. boxes .
- Common Sense, Good Judgement, fit in and work well with other team members.
- Healthy communication a must.
- Good sense of humor and heat press experience a plus.
- Dependable transportation.
Graphic Artist / Designer:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must have at least one year experience in commercial art & design for sign, print, vinyl graphics, screen printing and embroidery industries.
- ADVANCED experience of vector based design programs, we use Adobe Illustrator. (very, very, very important)
- Intermediate to advanced experience of Adobe Photoshop.
- Must have the ability to create clean custom vector artwork from concept & sketches.
- Must be able to trace and re-create artwork, logos, and lettering from customer supplied images.
- Must be able to combine text and images in designs and have a firm grasp on composition, balance, and, color.
- Must be able to create and print color separations for screen printing.
- Must be able to create clean vector art for vinyl cutting, large format printing, and embroidery
- Must have at least intermediate knowledge of vinyl graphics application, vehicle graphics and sign production.
- Must be able to spell, do basic math and understand fraction to decimal conversions. Yep, I hope you paid attention in High School.
- Ability to carry out jobs from start to finish without constant supervision.
- A Creative Mind, Common Sense, Good Judgement, fit in and work well with other team members.
- Knowledge and experience of power tools a major plus!
- Healthy communication and a good sense of humor.
- Dependable transportation.
Embroidery Machine Operator:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must have at least one year experience in commercial embroidery & appliqué.
- Digitizing experience or aptitude to learn how to digitize.
- Cutting & prepping of fabric and heat press materials on computer driven plotter.
- Hooping & proper placement of designs.
- Experience embroidering on different garment and fabric types, backings, solvy, etc.
- Complete knowledge of different stitch types and when to use them, density, pull, etc.
- Basic to intermediate experience of vector based design programs, we use Adobe Illustrator.
- Must be able to carry out jobs from start to finish.
- Common Sense, Good Judgement, fit in and work well with other team members.
- Healthy communication a must.
- Good sense of humor and heat press experience a plus.
- Dependable transportation.
